SP1 Vista will be Mid-March

Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT), can reassure the fear of Service Pack Vista hungry masses liberation of SP1 for manufacturing, but it is not able, in fact, download by mid-March, when the first company official said Monday.

During the beta for Vista SP1, Microsoft notes that some device drivers have problems with Service Pack 1 on systems installed. Although the problems can be resolved by uninstalling and re drivers, Microsoft decided it would be too complicated for most users. As a result, Microsoft will be in the coming months, the hunt for issues additional device drivers, said David Zipkin, Senior Product Manager Windows Client Group.

“With the pilot, we wanted to see if an update of the Individuals with Vista, the signing of a smooth experience,” said Zipkin.

Microsoft is currently working with its partners in the hammer equipment failure device driver, Zipkin went on behalf of the partners.

The mid-March, Microsoft provides for the publication of Vista SP1 in 5 languages - English, french, Spanish, German and Japanese - via Windows Update and the Download Center, Zipkin said, and added that Microsoft will ensure that the SP1 n ‘ is not ousted PC, pilots above installed.

In April, Microsoft has started automatically updates SP1 Vista for users who have chosen this option, and give the rest of the language of some versions of Vista SP1, Zipkin said.
