Panasonic, part of the Japanese parent company of electronics Matsushita Electric (MC - Cramer’s Take - Stockpickr), comes from a very large plasma TV.

What is the size you might ask? What would you say to 150 inches, measured diagonally! It is 12 ½ feet. Panasonic said it is the largest plasma TV in the world.

CES’08: The Biggest in the world of television

I saw him and he must admit that it is very, very important. It is much larger than the 103-inch plasma screen, has been during the last year of Consumer Electronics Show. If it was another way, it is the same size as nine 50-inch television.

Wow!

Some other facts at random:

* The TV has four times the resolution of a full 1080p high definition monitor.
* He told me, it weighs somewhere between 1500 and 1800 pounds. (Please do not attempt an installation in all).
* Panasonic think it is the best solution for the display and billboards.
* No, the price for the jumbo screen.
* If you are interested, it should in 2009.

I thought that the screen was good, but not spectacular. Maybe this is because I do not have held quite a distance. I heard that, according to experts, you must calculate the best flat screen television from the consideration of distance divided by the screen size ranges from five years. His answer was found in feet.

So, if you have a 37-inch, the best account of the distance is about six metres. A 60-inch by 12 feet. For a 150-inch up to 30 metres for the best picture quality. This means that you need a big room to really enjoy as a large television screen.
