Microsoft cutting prices for Xbox 360

Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) is the price of its HD-DVD high-definition video player for 360 in an effort to increase turnover. The price now lists $ 130, $ 260.
Sales of HD-DVD because flac by Warner Bros. and several other major Hollywood studios threw their support behind the rival Blu-ray high definition format. DreamWorks, Paramount and Universal are now only studios with the obligations of disseminating movies in HD-DVD.
Manufacturers of HD-DVD, prices have increased by an average of stimulating demand. Toshiba, for example, has recently launched the price of the entry-level units from 50% to approximately $ 150.00 On the other hand, Blu-ray begin at about $ 400.00 or more
