CRM is just a waste of resource, or is it? I firmly believe not! I agree with shoestring crm that even for a small business, having a CRM software running the business effectively manages the small business.
I was able to understand comprehensive information around the CRM definition, which emphasizes that CRM has a broader scope, particularly on the business operations that deals with customers: sales, marketing and service. CRM for Small Business is really a worthy investment that many small businesses should consider, to really analyze and make weighty decisions – as this is a tool to help increase profitability.
